Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is not a solicitation or a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs of preparing this response. This notice aims for market research and to make the appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified business with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210, Software Publishers, with size standard of $41.5 million. The Network Contracting office (NCO) 8 is seeking businesses who can provide TeraRecon or Equal Advanced Visualization Software Licenses for Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent to via email, no later than 1200 hours (12:00 PM), Eastern Standard Time on JUNE 14, 2022. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered.
