USDA STRATUS Cloud Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Pool 2: Integration and Development

Amendment 0002 is being issued in response to several additional questions that have been submitted following Amendment 0001. The amended RFQ language provides specific direction and clarity on submitting quotes under both the Unrestricted and Restricted tracks.

1) Post responses to vendor submitted questions.  See “RFQ STRATUS Pool 2 Amend 0002 Attachment E - Questions and Answers”.

2) Amend RFQ Sections 2.1.5, 2.3.2, 2.11.2, and 3.4.  See “RFQ STRATUS Pool 2 Amend 0002”.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents for the USDA STRATUS Cloud Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Pool 2: Integration and Development have been posted/uploaded to SAM.gov.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to establish STRATUS Pool 2 BOAs to obtain integration and development services including managed services. The Contractor shall perform all activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Objectives. The period of performance will consist of an initial ordering period of 10 years from date of BOA issuance. The performance period for all orders placed against this BOA shall not exceed five (5) years from the completion of the ordering period.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE

The Government anticipates executing approximately 25 BOAs to a mix of large (Unrestricted) and small business (Restricted). The Government anticipates the award of 5 Unrestricted agreements and 20 Restricted agreements. The Government reserves the right to award fewer or more BOAs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541512 (size standard $34M).

Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing on SAM.gov. Any amendments to the RFQ (if required) will be posted on SAM.gov. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking SAM.gov for new information concerning this requirement.
