Thank you for your continued interest in the CISA Insights Program Support requirement.  CISA remains committed to keeping you updated on the status of the Insights Program Support solicitation.  CISA plans to post the RFQ to the NIH-NITAAC CIO-SP3 unrestricted contract holders under Task Area 7 on June 30, 2023.

Please note that this is the last posting on SAM.gov.  Moving forward, CISA will post all notices on NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3.

The Government continues to finalize the solicitation.  Below is the update to the notice posted on 5/3/2023.

The notional milestone is updated as follows:

• Issuance of RFP/RFQ: 6/14/2023
• Pre-proposal Conference: 6/21/2023
• Receipt of Proposals/Quotes: 7/19/2023
• Completion of Evaluations: 9/8/2023
• Congressional Notification: 9/11/2023
• Contract Award: 9/15/2023

Dear Industry Partners,

With NIH extending use of CIO-SP3 through 10/29/2023, below is the update to the Insights Program Support notice posted on 4/21/2023.

The Government will compete the upcoming solicitation under NIH NITAAAC CIO-SP3 unrestricted contract holders under Task Area 7 Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance.  The notional milestone provided on 4/21/2023 remain unchanged.

Dear Industry Partners,

The Insights Program Support Team thanks industry for its questions and responses to the Sources Sought Notice.  The team considered all recommendations and is providing the updated Statement of Work.

In accordance with our mandated use of Strategic Sourcing Vehicles (SSVs), the Government will compete the upcoming solicitation on NIH NITAAAC CIO-SP4 unrestricted contact holders under Task Area 7 Cybersecurity.

The Government’s planned virtual industry day is being canceled.  Instead, the Government will hold a pre-proposal conference.

The Government is providing a notional milestone schedule and will update industry if/when changes occur.

• Pre-proposal Conference: 6/8/2023
• Receipt of Proposals/Quotes: 7/6/2023
• Completion of Evaluations: 9/8/2023

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing cybersecurity risk management services to support the Cybersecurity Division (CSD), Vulnerability Management (VM) Insights Branch (Insights).

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR QUOTATION.  Failure to respond to this notice will not preclude participation in any future solicitation.  Any information received will become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter.  The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.

CISA intends to hold a virtual industry day for this requirement at a time/date To Be Determined.  This announcement will be modified accordingly.
