PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0042

The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Moving Services for US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany

The solicitation may result in the award of up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one Base Year and four Option Years.

The requirement is to provide support services for the movement of U.S. Government-owned personal property (household furniture items) for the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and supervision to efficiently accomplish the movement of U.S. Government-owned personal property (household furniture items) at all U.S. Government facilities, leased and owned, located in Frankfurt.  Services will include the movement of property from one location to another, including, but not limited to the loading of property, the transport/delivery to intended destination, the unloading and distribution of property at the new location.  Services will also include the redistribution of property within a location as follows:  Either move all the furniture and furnishings to the middle of the residence to allow for the painting of the walls or resetting the furniture and furnishings to its standard layout within a residence.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language.  Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
