W9126G22Q0043 Amendment#0003 - PROJECT NAME: Piney Woods Region (PW) Tree Planting/Herbicide New Solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers USACE), Fort Worth District intends to establish a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for non-personal serves to perform the services listed below in the description. Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish, all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials/supplies, and supervision to perform non-personal tree planting and herbicide services in the manner, location and frequency set forth in the Performance Work Statement and schedules. Work shall be performed in support of the USACE Piney Woods (PW) - Designated areas at Wright Patman Lake, White Oak Creek Mitigation Area, Cooper Lake, Lake of the Pines, Sam Rayburn Lake and Town Bluff Project (B.A. Steinhagen Lake). There are fifteen (15) Texas counties involved in this contract: Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Hopkins, Jasper, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine, Titus, Tyler, and Upshur. Periods of Performance will be one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Maximum Contract Capacity: $2,000,000.00The government reserves the right to limit and/or not respond to any further questions pertaining to this project received after July 25, 2022. Offerors should base their quotes on the information provided in the solicitations and all issued amendments thereto.
