Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operatoins (OPO), on behalf of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), intends to issue a delivery order for 560 B2B Integrator Enterprise Edition Non-Production Environment Processor Value Unit (PVU) Licenses and one (1) B2B Integrator Add-on for FIPS for a Non-Production Environment Install Licenses software licenses on a limited competition basis. Pursuant to FAR 16.505(a)(4), restricting consideration to an item peculiar to one manufacturer. The solicitation will be provided to multiple resellers via the FirstSource II multiple award IDIQ Small Business track for brand name products.
