Description
This combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued.
The solicitation number is 70Z028-24-Q-000025. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are:
561730 Landscaping Services, Standard size in Millions ($9.5)
This requirement is for a firm fixed price service contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following:
- Cost of labor and materials for annual landscaping services at 3 Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg locations per provided SOW
Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the provided SOW in the time frame needed by unit. This is a Lowest Price/Technically acceptable solicitation. Past Performance factors will also be considered when selecting the award. Vendors shall submit past performance documents to ensure contractor has experience in work requested within this solicitation.
Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 10 May 2024

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment required for landscaping maintenance for three locations at Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, FL, Per attached SOW
North Moorings: 600 8th Ave SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
South Moorings: 1301 Beach Dr SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
Davis Island: 155 Columbia Dr, Tampa, FL 33606

Performance Period: 12 Months, ARO through April 30th 2025.
Site visit: Vendor are highly encouraged to perform a site visit to field verify the requirements within the SOW and get clarification on requirements for the landscaping services needed. Site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday 16th of April 2024 at 0900, 600 8th Avenue SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.
