Description

Intent to Sole Source to Resilite Sports Products, Inc.

The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of 6645.63 square feet of Resilite Classic RSP-625 mats to include manufacturing, custom installation, custom markings, logos and artwork.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Resilite Sports Products, Inc., per the attached Sole Sourced Justification. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurred with this determination.

The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 339920. The size standard is 750 employees.

Anticipated award date is no later than 03 January 2023.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify themselves and submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via- e-mail to brandy.j.hernandez6.civ@us.navy.mil. Requests must include company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number NAICS code, applicable business size and Tax ID number. Telephone calls will not be accepted. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. Mandatory terms and conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR and DFARs clauses will apply to the anticipated award.
