Description
The 49 Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to S2A for comprehensive leadership/resiliency training for the 49 MXG at Holloman AFB to help address persistent suicide concerns and mental health stressors unique to the personnel assigned to the Maintenance Group career fields. This procurement is a continuation of the previous sole-source acquisition for S2A under contract FA480123P0024. This contract involved conducting baseline assessments and surveys of up to 900 personnel within the MXG to identify influential individuals. These individuals were specifically chosen to participate as primary participants in resiliency courses, with the intention of leveraging their influence to support other MXG Airmen in managing life stressors effectively. It's essential to note that the surveys conducted by S2A are proprietary in nature. For further details, please refer to the attached Single Source Justification and Approval.
