Description

The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires preventive maintenanceservices for A/C small equipment. Under this Contract the Contractor shall provide the services of Carrier trained and qualified technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The equipment are located at 12 Szabadság tér, 1054 Budapest, Hungary. The contract will be for a one-year period of performance, and will be expected to commence no later than 09/29/2024.


All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified andfinancially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each off erormust meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:

  • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY;
  • Be able to understand written and spoken English;
  • Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resourcesavailable to perform the work, including trained, qualified, and licensed technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance
  • Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law;
  • Meet the following qualification requirements (must be submitted during the tender):
    • Carrier training and qualification (will be detailed in the Scope of Work)
  • Meet all local, Hungarian insurance requirements;
  • Have no adverse criminal record;
  • Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America;
  • Be registered or ready to register in the SAM database at www.sam.gov
