W15QKN-15-C-0049 P00120 - UCA R3 MVS Extension

The following is a combined Synopsis of Award Notice, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions, and Justification and Approval Posting:

On 21 September 2022, the Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Located at 5418 South Scott Plaza, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640 awarded a sole source Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) modification to CACI-ISS, LLC of Chantilly, VA.  This UCA modification was executed in accordance with CAO-22-0402, for which the redacted justification is being publicly disclosed simultaneously with this notice. Modification P00120 to Contract W15QKN15C0049 was issued to extend the Period of Performance from 23 September 2022 to 31 December 2022 for Release 3 Minimum Viable Solution of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A). The Modification was awarded for the Not-To-Exceed amount of $14,288,109.44. The Product Service Code is DA01 and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512. The affected Contract Line Item Numbers are 8003, 8004, and 8005.

Additionally, ACC-NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a non-competitive basis with CACI-ISS the definitization of the aforementioned UCA.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this award notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm ET on 7 October 2022.
