Re-Architecture of the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) System (JTT-R)

This notice is an Intent to Sole Source synopsis published for informational purposes only.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC, Battle Management Directorate, Operational Command and Control (C2) Division (AFLCMC/HBBK) intends to issue a sole source contract scope increase as a modification to an existing contract (FA8730-C-22-0044).  This Modification will expand the Scope and ceiling to permit the incumbent contractor to re-architecture the existing code base into a modernized and modular suite of targeting application/services allowing the fastest and most cost-effective transition to relieve the agency from the confines that required the original sole source award.    This approach allows the Program Office to have a modernized code base from which to have a full and open competition for the future sustainment and enhancements to JTT-CP in 24-36 months.

This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does the issuance restrict the Government to a single acquisition approach.  The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to AFLCMC.
