The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to repair Wildcat Canyon Dam located in Sublette and Lincoln counties in Southwest Wyoming. The requirement entails the following significant tasks:

1. Remove the earthen dam by excavating approximately 65,000 cubic yards of sediment accumulated in the stock pond and located within the dam.
2. Eliminate the advancing knickpoint by re-grading the existing incised channels with excavated material from the stock pond and dam.
3. Re-grade the existing incised channels to re-establish a broad draw with numerous dispersed micro-channels.
4. Seed disturbed areas with a reclamation seed mix.
5. Use salvaged sage brush and rock for floodplain roughness to temporarily stabilize re-graded surfaces.
