Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 dated May 01, 2022.
This requirement shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Priced (FFP), performance based single award task order contract (SATOC) to support the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), CIO/G-6 Radio and Systems Services
This is the main USACE Radio Systems and Services (URSS) acquisition. The government anticipates that the contract will be awarded for a 5-year period with the possibility of a six-month extension
