Description
Scope of Work for USCGC Calhoun Quarter Deck.
- Requirements: USCGC Calhoun needs a portable quarter deck to sit pier side. This quarter deck will be used for watch standers to guard the brow, make pipes and announcements along with housing the cutters alarm and monitoring panel.
- Scope of work:
a) The overall height shall be 10’ non-stackable container with no cargo doors. The wall should be framed, insulated, and dry walled with a finished floor. Recommended color of roof, sides, windows and door should be beige.
b) The building should have a roof mounted air conditioning system 7,500 BTU cooling and 3,850 BTU heating and have 110v outlets on all 4 interior walls and 4 outlets located above the counter tops.
c). On the exterior of the building weather proof flood lights will need to mounted on each exterior wall of the building,
d) The building should have a breaker panel located inside the building and the outlets should be on a GFCI circuit.
e) The building should have a way to be powered from a single 110v outside circuit.
d) The building must be moveable by forklift, with fitted slots located under the floor to allow a forklift to easily move the building.
f) The building should have 2 4-port phone/data jacks terminated Cat6 cables to weatherproofed JBOX for exterior data/phone connections.
e) The building should have one lockable door for entry and exit on a corner of one of the long walls
g) The building should have interior lighting with fixtures able to switch between both white and red lighting.
h) The building should have horizontally sliding windows wrapping the entire perimeter for full visibility around the building.
