Intent to Sole Source / Konica Computed Radiography Service Agreement

The Indian Health Service/ Bemidji Area, plans to procure, on a sole source basis, services necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the Konica Nano A class w/CS7 Computed Radiography system, Aero DR direct radiology systems and panel.

The response close date of the notice for this requirement is in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). This acquisition will be processed IAW FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C.
3304(a)(1) The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than stated above. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
