Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA481424TF100 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05; Effective May 22, 2024.
This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 314999 with a size standard of 550 employees.

The purpose of this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (hereinafter referred to as “Request for Quote” and/or “RFQ”) is to:
SOCCENT J37 has a requirement to provide a low-cost-low-altitude aerial cargo delivery system and a precision guided aerial cargo delivery system considering recent humanitarian assistance resupply operations in restricted/contested environments. Additionally, with the procurement of new and advanced capabilities, SOCCENT J37 will need to be trained on the equipment in order to train Partner Nations, maintain and employ them in the CENTCOM AOR.
This is a brand name or equal requirement; specifications can be found in Attachment 1 Salient Characteristics.
