Description
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC-FL) in Gainesville, Florida, has a requirement for a Physical Access Control System Upgrade/Replacement. Delivery and installation should be completed within 365 days after receipt of order.
A site visit is scheduled for the project. See Section E for details. There will be no option years.
Solicitation 140G0124Q0272 will be issued on 8/16/2024 with written quotes due on or about 8/30/2024. It is a 100% small business set-aside.
The NAICS code is 334118. The size standard is 1000 employees.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 9/14/2024. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must be emailed to kweaver@usgs.gov.
