Description

This is a sources sought for Mortuary Services in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

The contract vehicle for this requirement will be a blanket purchase agreement (BPA).

Please confirm that a quote in the form of a price list can be provided that meets all of the requirements of the PWS. The quote is not needed at this time as this is only a sources sought. The confirmation will let us know that a quote can be expected once the solicitation is posted.

The BPA will be set to cover the period of five (5) years.
