Offered space cannot be located in residential zones.

Offered space cannot be located within 1000 feet of a school or church.

Offered space should be located on the ground floor, however:

If second floor or higher is offered, a freight elevator (or large capacity) will be required.

If second floor or higher, loading dock with 24/ access is required.

Offered space should be located within 1-2 mile of public transit stop.

Offered space should be located within 1-2 mile or amenities (restaurants/food service).

Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.  Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.

The US. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Greensboro, NC that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider all requirements associated with the availability of alternative space (i.e., relocating, physical move costs, replication of Tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”floodplain).
