Description

This amendment is issued to provide the selection criteria the VA requires you to follow for your submission. Question for SF330 on Batavia One Line Diagram ARC Flash Study Provide the qualifications of your staff that will conduct this study.  This shall include but NOT limited to the engineers, designers, technical experts, contractor, and computer drafting professionals or any key staff that will be working on this project.  Only provide the actual staff who will be assigned to and execute this project and NOT resumes of individual who will NOT play a key role on this project. Provide any relevant electrical design and or electrical study experience for any projects that are completed.  Do NOT provide experience for projects that were recently awarded and or NOT completed and accepted by your client. Provide any technical recommendations that you have made to your client with respect to electrical systems on designs or studies that have been completed ONLY.  This can include any unforeseen issues that were discovered in your design or study and what recommendations that you made to your client and what the results were of your recommendations.  Describe your process for conducting field work on this project as this project shall entail providing electrical as-builts of our existing system including plans, one-lines, etc. What is your experience if any working with the VA Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) with respect to electrical systems?  Please provide projects that you have worked on at a VA facility and how you have utilized the existing VA FCA and implemented into your design or study?
