A4 Desktop Multi-Functional Device Purchases, Multiple Award IDIQs for 0CONUS - 5 Regions in Europe and Middle East

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the hour and date for receipt of quotes to 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT), 20 June 2024. See attached Amendment 0002. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the hour and date for receipt of quotes to 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT), 13 June 2024. See attached Amendment 0001. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to establish multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to be utilized for purchases of A4 Desktop Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and toner cartridges within five regions of Europe and the Middle East in support of DLA Document Services customer requirements. The A4 Desktop MFDs shall meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and provide a one-year or three-year or five-year manufacturers warranty (length of manufacturers warranty to be determined at delivery order level). Toner cartridges may be ordered at time of initial purchase of MFDs only. The total program ceiling is $2,991,850.00. 5-year ordering period from date of award.
