This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE to the OEM, Nihon Kohden America, Inc., for additional polysomnography software licenses for the current Government-owned system at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Little Rock, Arkansas. The licenses must be compatible with existing Government-owned equipment currently in place at the facility. As the OEM, Nihon Kohden America is the only vendor capable of providing the polysomography software licenses with the required compatibility. Interested concerns may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion by the Government. There will be no solicitation issued.
