Description

The Contractor shall provide DHS specific customization to their product while hosted
within the DHS environment as an instance. Should it be necessary, the Contractor may
fulfill this initially in a secure Contractor's environment; migrate the software into a
secure government environment; prepare all necessary testing and documentation
required by the government hosting environment; and implement (to include training)
the ePCR system to all the DHS Components with EMS systems. Upon completion of the
ePCR system migration into the government environment all work on the above mention
tasks will conclude and all payments completed.
