Description
UPDATE DATED MARCH 20, 2024: The proposal due date for this SIR is extended to April 18, 2024, 2:00 PM EDT due to internal delays in addressing vendor proposal questions. Vendors who may have submitted proposals before the posting of this amendment may resubmit their proposals before the new due date. No other changes are made.
UPDATE: In order to address the Questions and Answers submitted and provide adequate time for Offerors to incorporate the responses, SIR No. 693KA9-24-R-00009 proposal submission date will be extended.
A new proposal due date will be established once the questions are fully addressed.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide a workforce scheduling system with the ability to manage the schedules of 20,000 employees with expansion capability to 40,000. This system will be implemented across multiple workforces, including but not limited to FAA Air Traffic Organizations’ air traffic controller and air traffic technician workforces, and the Air Traffic Academy.
