Description
Pre-solicitation
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Yellowstone National Park (YELL) Mobilization and demobilization of milling machine to Norris Junction Pit Yellowstone National Park, WY 92190. Provide milling of roadway for 74,500 square yards. OPTION - Provide milling of roadway for an additional 2000-5500 square yards.
SET-ASIDE TYPE: This procurement is being solicited small market.
NAICS CODE: 237310
MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and by October 25, 2024.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFER: Refer to Section L and M. The contractor agrees that they will follow the specifications provided. Offer shall be submitted via email. A detailed breakdown of the offeror's proposal price (e.g., labor, materials, profit, overhead, and other pricing elements) may be requested by the Contracting Officer during the evaluation and pre-award process to support a fair market value award. The contractor is encouraged to be proactive and prepare details for submission when preparing lump sum offer information.
QUESTIONS: Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the due date and time for proposals. Submit questions only though email to the contracting officer at sharon_larosanps.gov.
