Description
Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Diesel and Jet Fuel Delivery and Tank Rental at Happy Valley Camp, Alaska.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0082.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 dated 01/22/2024.
Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.
Small business set-aside.
NAICS: 324110, Petroleum Refineries, associated size standard 1,500 employees.
FOB destination requested.
USGS is tax-exempt.
Please submit the following documents:
1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc) on Blocks 13 to 16.
2. Firm, fixed price quote
3. FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 require check marks and signature
