Description
03/28/2024 The purpose of the amended announcement is to update Section 2.4 Delivery Planning in the SOW with an estimated completion date of 180 days from the award date highlighted in red. The new proposal due date is April 12, 2024. See two additional attachments the admended solicitation and revised SOW.
03/20/2024 The purpose of the amended announcement is to add the Questions and Answers that were received. See under Attachments Q&A 3-20-2024.
The FAA has a current requirement for configuration, delivery, installation, setup, testing, and support for a Dome Visual System to support flight simulators for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), located at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The requirement is solicited full and open competition. Please read the solicitation in its entirety. There are fill-ins throughout the document that must be completed. To provide a responsive proposal to the solicitation the instructions must be followed and the evaluation factors and criteria addressed in sections L & M of the solicitation. All companies providing a proposal must be registered in SAM.gov to be available for award with no active exclusions.
Please respond with questions no later than March 18, 2024, to provide adequate time to respond before proposals are due.
