Retail Jewelry Store, The Pentagon

The Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC) intends to solicit interested vendors (through the competitive solicitation process) for a single follow-on License Agreement for a firm to manage and operate a full-service jewelry retail store in Room 2D1083 within the Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301. As a result, the DoDCC is inquiring to determine firms interested in this opportunity in response to a DoDCC issued solicitation anticipated to be released in late May/early June 2023.

Although the specific details of this requirement will be provided in the solicitation, the successful offeror will be required to manage and operate a full-service jewelry retail store in Room 2D1083 within the Pentagon.

The base period of performance (PoP) will be five (5) years with two (2) five-year (5-year) option periods subject to mutual agreement.

All information pertaining to this announcement, including technical (or other) questions and answers will be provided to/through the Contracting Officer ONLY to ensure equal distribution of information to interested parties via the SAM.gov website at https://SAM.gov. Interested companies must submit an expression of interest and a statement of qualifications/experience (3-page limit) to the Contracting Office no later than May 18, 2023. The DoDCC anticipates issuance of the solicitation for this requirement in late May/early June 2023.
