Description

The Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC) intends to solicit interested vendors (through the competitive solicitation process) for a single follow-on License Agreement for a firm to manage and operate a full-service jewelry retail store in Room 2D1083 within the Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301. As a result, the DoDCC is inquiring to determine firms interested in this opportunity in response to a DoDCC issued solicitation anticipated to be released in late May/early June 2023.

Although the specific details of this requirement will be provided in the solicitation, the successful offeror will be required to manage and operate a full-service jewelry retail store in Room 2D1083 within the Pentagon.

The base period of performance (PoP) will be five (5) years with two (2) five-year (5-year) option periods subject to mutual agreement.

All questions concerning this notice should be submitted electronically via email to the Points of Contact as indicated in this announcement. All information pertaining to this announcement, including technical (or other) questions and answers will be provided to/through the Contracting Officer ONLY to ensure equal distribution of information to interested parties via the SAM.gov website at https://SAM.gov. Interested companies must submit an expression of interest and a statement of qualifications/experience (3-page limit) to the Contracting Office no later than May 18, 2023. The DoDCC anticipates issuance of the solicitation for this requirement in late May/early June 2023.
