The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the rental of (1) 40 foot x 70 foot x 9 foot Frame Tent (2800 SF) with Clear Sides, (1) Weight System with Covers (Based on 2000 per upright, Machinery Rental (For Installation and Removal), (1) Fire Safety Package with (1) No Smoking Sign, (2) Reflective Exit Sign, (1) Fire Extinguisher and Transportation and Labor Services. All aforementioned rental equipment and services to include all labor and material for rental equipment, as well as all labor, transportation, for onsite installation delivery, removal and pick-up services. The mandatory delivery installation date is Wednesday, 20 July 2022 and removal and pick-up return date is Saturday, 23 July 2022. The mandatory period of performance is from 20 July 2022 to 23 July 2022 for Center of Service Support (CSS) Navy Supply Corp School (Court Yard) located aboard Naval Station Newport, 1378 Porter Avenue, Newport, RI 02841. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 532289. Full and Open Competition with HUBZONE Evaluation Preference Applies.
