Room 109C - Install prefab walls and place ceiling tiles. Purchasing and installing the DIRTT prefab walls shall be included by and the responsibility of the bidding contractor. On sheet GI 004 under PHASE 2: Remove Install prefab walls and place ceiling tiles. Replace with Place ceiling tiles and coordinate install on prefab walls. Is the VA purchasing the Prefabricated walls direct on GSA contract or is it the responsibility of the bidding contractor to supply the product? Is it the responsibility of the bidding contractor to Install the prefabricated walls or again will that be taken care of by the VA with the wall manufacturer?
