Description

The purpose of this Amendment 00001 is to extend the proposal due date from February 12, 2024, to March 11, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. (EST). See attached amendment 00001 70FA6024R00000002.

The NFIP Direct Contractor shall provide all necessary support for the issuance and administration of flood insurance policies on behalf of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Contractor staff must be well-versed on FEMA survival programs to facilitate seamless services to disaster survivors. The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, operation, maintenance, and quality assurance for flood insurance policy administration. The NFIP Direct Contractor will be responsible for processing at least 550,000 of the 5,100,000 active flood insurance policies, Nationwide.
