The pricing schedule is vague when it lists the quantity. Would they be referring to hours, projects, weekends?
Answer: The quantities are an estimated total usage over the five-year life of the contract award. The description details the section referenced for each specific CLIN in accordance with the statement of work. The estimated use per year is also provided for each CLIN. It is recommended vendors review the FAR for how IDIQ contract vehicles work. The IDC is not a funded contract, the task orders made by the customers are the funded document. The amount order for a period of time and quantity are unique to each order.
