Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS
DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure AUXILIARY manufactured in accordance with material specifications. Solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA. 98314.
The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-22-Q-2537

ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.
Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
(1) The contracting officer may request evidence of the technical acceptability of the product offered. The evidence must be submitted within 2 days, or as otherwise specified, or the offer will not be considered.
(2) For offers of exact product, offerors other than the approved manufacturing source must retain evidence and provide the traceability evidence of the identity of the item and its manufacturing source when requested by the contracting officer.
(3) Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received after the time specified for receipt of offers is considered late.
