Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Warner Robins Air Force Base Consolidated Mission Complex

USACE Louisville District intends to award a sole source out of scope contract modification to ACC Construction Company, Inc. for the Construction of a Consolidated Mission Complex (CMC), Phase 3 located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. As a part of this out of scope modification, a sole source manufacturer requirement will be incorporated for the stadium seating applicable to this project:

• Stadium seating must be Vera brand due to the specific needs for the CMC building at Warner Robins AFB

Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government. Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition at Marcel.D.Hull@usace.army.mil no later than (NLT) 28 September 2022 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). 

Responses should include: 1) Company name, address, Unique Identifier Number, and point of contact name of email address. 2) Identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc. 3) Detailed information that will demonstrate that your business has the capability to provide above services.
