Description

This project is for the installation of an individual advanced treatment septic system on fee land in Cowlitz County, WA.  For the septic system the contractor shall install 4” solid sewer pipe, an underground double sweep cleanout, a NuWater advanced Treatment Unit (ATU) 3-Chamber Tank, or Equivalent, rated for 360 gallons/day, a 1,500-gallon 2-chamber pump tank with pump (Orenco PF3005, ½ HP, or Equivalent), risers, headworks, and controls, 1.25” PVC Sch 40 of transport line and manifold (approximately 84 linear feet), and a pressure distribution system drainfield with trenches (approximately 900 SF) with monitoring wells, inspection ports, caps, and orifices per design. The contractor shall also pump out and abandon the existing septic tank and drainfield.  Work shall be performed according to the SOW, site drawing, technical specifications, and Washington Water Resource Department (WWRD) standards, rules and regulations.  Further investigation of the site is the responsibility of the contractor.  Any permits are the responsibility of the contractor.
