Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of 1- Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical Learning System for industrial maintenance. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339999; the small business size standard is 550 employees. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the Scope of Work, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.

All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after August 07, 2023, with a due date of August 18, 2023, and no later than 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time. Quotes are to include estimated lead times in response to the solicitation.

The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's beta.SAM.gov through web site http://www.beta.sam.gov/.
