This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only.   THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR TO OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED.

Submit Responses: All responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist, Darrin Jackson by email at darrin.jackson@usda.gov.  Attention in the email subject line “1053297 -Pheromones”.

Responses Due: Responses are due by August 12th, 2022 by 4:30 PM PT.  At the minimum, responses should include the following:

1)    Business Name, Point of Contact, Address, and Contact Information (phone and email),
2)    Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) SAM Number
3)    Capabilities Statement and/or a statement of how you’re capable of meeting the requirement.  The contractor statement should state their general knowledge, detailed knowledge, and or experiences as a prime or subcontractor for relevant or similar requirements (e.g. past performance, etc.)
