This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Ecological Services Office, Hadley, MA has a requirement to provide (1) Programmatic Consultation and Conference assistance under Endangered Species Act (ESA) section 7; and/or (2) Habitat Conservation Planning assistance under ESA Section 10(a)(1)(B) for land-based Wind Energy Projects. The period of performance is for one year. the Government anticipates awarding one single award from this requirement. the contract will be fixed price. This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F0S24R0016. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services with a business size standard of $19 million.
