Description

The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center,. Intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Grayshift LLC, 931 Monroe Drive NE, Suite A102-340, Atlanta, GA 30308. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Grayshift LLC is the only source capable of providing the required GrayKey hardware and software that is required. The USCG requires subscription renewals to the below subscriptions to continue its mission:

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:00 p.m. EST on Monday, 31 JANUARY 2022.  Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any information for
consideration by the Government to Amanda.L.Justice@uscg.mil with the solicitation number referenced in the subject line. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the USCG.
