Description

The United States Property & Fiscal office for California (USPFO-CA) Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to solicit a requirement to support the California National Guard Work for Warriors Program.

  4. Interested 8(a) participants should request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the 8(a) program.

Background: The California National Guard Work for Warriors (WFW) Program Office has a requirement for contractor support to manage all aspects of an Outreach program designed to identify Service Members and families eligible for support, provide them with information on available benefits, and connect them with sources of support. The Contractor shall perform all functions necessary to develop and implement programs to identify and outreach to Service Members and their family members, to inform and educate them on available programs at the national, state, and local levels and develop information on improving program effectiveness and offerings. Special emphasis is on providing outreach to Service Members of all Components, Veterans, and families in order to provide employment assistance, education benefits and transition services, and track each customer’s interaction and providing career support, development, and maintenance of civilian based careers.
