Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTE 

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL 36112 is looking to replace five single wide mobile home trailers at the Mid-Bay Shores Recreation Area located in Okaloosa County, FL as outlined in the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR). This is a Request for Quote, and any subsequent award will be a firm- fixed-price competitive definitive contract.  There will be no amount charged for solicitation documents and respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to this official solicitation. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.

 A site visit is scheduled for this requirement at 801 White Point Rd., Niceville, FL 32578 on Tuesday, 16 July 2024, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees names will need to be submitted by Monday, 15 July 2024, at 2:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendees name (as reflected on their drivers license), include title and a telephone number for each individual.
