Intent to Sole Source: VTC Upgrade

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to E-Logic Inc. to upgrade the audio-visual system at Malmstrom, AFB. The system has a Crestron program (Source Code) that was programmed and only available to E-Logic, Inc. This program is commercially available and must be a Crestron certified programmer to create it or modify it. E-Log, Inc is the only company how has rights to the original code. This service is not available to third parties or distributors.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
