This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number is W81XWH-22-Q-0155.  The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  Provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 are incorporated.  It is the Quoter’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (Prosthetic appliances and supplies manufacturing), with a small business size of 750 (size standards in number of employees).  The requirement is full and open competition.

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing this RFQ on behalf of the United States Army's Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC).  This requirement is for Prosthetic Materials and Silicone.
