Description

Construct pavement, fencing, generator, automatic transfer switch, power/frequency converter, and supporting utilities for one 168 SM modular facility. The facility will be located in Moton Field and will include 10 work stations, a Special Access Program (SAP) compartmented area, and a briefing area, able to handle TS-SCI level classified material. Construction will include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, utility, and communications work required to produce a complete and usable facility. This project will comply with DoD and CENTCOM antiterrorism/force protection (AT/FP) requirements per United Facility Criteria 4-010-05, UFC 4-010-05, UFC 1-201-01, UFC 3-600-01, ICS 705-1, and the IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705.

Vendors and workforce must be from the United States and be United States Citizens. 

Vendors will need to have a CUI Non-Disclosure Agreement signed before receiving attachments.
