Description
The American Consulate General in Jeddah requires preventive maintenance services for Wastewater Treatment, HVAC and Potable Water Systems. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. If this work is to be performed on systems accessing the PCC/CAA areas of the building. Please see section 3.2 & 3.3 for security requirements.
The water treatment systems to be maintained are as follows:
- HVAC Water Treatment System
- Domestic (Potable) Water Treatment System
- Sanitary Sewer Collection System
- Wastewater Treatment Plant
The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the
Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a
contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend
to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold
discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
