Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). We are seeking quotes on the following: *** AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH MAINTENANCE BASE + 4 YEARS FOR LEAVENWORTH VAMC *** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a Size Standards of $22.0 Million, and Product Service Code (PSC) of J061. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as Total Service-Disabled Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about September 8, 2022. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be September 15, 2022 at 11:00 am Central Daylight Time (CDT). RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - 36C25522Q0548 in the subject line to veronica.flores@va.gov Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted by 09/12/2022 at 11:00 am CDT via email referencing the RFQ - 36C25522Q0548 in the subject line to veronica.flores@va.gov. All amendments, other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the Sam website at https://sam.gov/content/home. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
