The purpose of this updated post is to provide the Government's responses to the collected questions from Industry vendors received during the Government's Industry Day Event that took place from 12 - 14 February 2024. The Government's responses are considered 'ROUND 1' for tracking and archiving purposes. The Government received iterations of the same or similar question(s).. In these instances, the Government consolidated and answered in a single response. The following documents are included with this posting:

UPDATE POST, EFFECTIVE 06 FEBRUARY 2024 - AMENDMENT OF SOURCES SOUGHT & RFI #4

This notice is amended to ensure 'Attachment 1 - RFI 4 Worksheet for Vendor Responses' is accessible. The original post dated 11 January 2024 showed the attachment but it was not 'activated / accessible'.  As a result of this amendment, the closing date of this  'Sources Sought and RFI #4' is extended by an additional ten (10) days and will close on 20 February 2024. 

UPDATE POST, EFFECTIVE 22 JANUARY 2024- AMENDMENT OF SOURCES SOUGHT & RFI #4

SSPARS SOURCES SOUGHT & RFI #4 is amended to reflect its stated posting date from 11 February 2024 to 11 January 2024 when it was originally published. In addition, 'Attachment 1 - RFI 4_Worksheet for Vendor Responses' was amended to correct question #21's referenced attachment from 'Attachment 5 - SAIO ProPricer Instructions to Contractors (DRAFT) to 'Attachment 4 - SAIO ProPricer Instructions to Contractors (DRAFT)'.  The Sources Sought & RFI #4 has only four (4) attachments. Amendment of this notice does not change its closing date or time of 10 February 2024, 6:00p.m. MDT.

If your company plans to attend the Industry Day Event, please email the Government’s points of contact, on or before close of business, Thursday, 01 February 2024.  Email the name of your company’s main point of contact, their contact information and the number of attendees planning to attend. Shortly after receipt of your email, a follow-on email will be sent confirming your attendance along with an itinerary for the event.

This Sources Sought Notice and RFI is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All businesses capable of providing these services are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.  Please limit your capability statement to not more than 5 single-sided pages (maximum) with the information outlined in question number one (1) of the Market Research questions.  Electronic email submissions are preferred.  Paper copies are optional and are not preferred. Hard copy submissions should be received on or before the closing date of this notice at the following address:
