Description
The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of providing software services to obtain periodic software engineering upgrades which will be incorporated into the graphic interface displays used by the WA SCADA operators to report real time events in the processing spectrum. The version currently in use is Genesis 32 version 9.3 the goal is within one year to be utilizing Genesis 64 version 10.0 or higher. Under this contract, the contractor will provide access to software upgrades to satisfy the overall performance of the Iconics Genesis software which in turn supports the overall objective of the Washington Aqueduct. The primary objective is to provide Iconics Genesis software upgrades and support for a period of five (5) years through the Iconics SUPPORTWORX Plan. The deliverables will be a continuation of support from the existing support plan.
