The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for a Parking Lot Lighting Replacement project at FAA's Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Auburn, Washington. This procurement is being set aside for a small business under NAICS code 238210 - Electrical Wiring Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $19.0 Million.
Estimated size of this project: Between $250,000 and $500,000.

Work included in project:
1) Replace parking lot luminaries and add luminaries and poles in select locations.
2) LED luminaire / ballast / driver must have FCC Title 47 CFR Part 15 Class B approval rating for radio frequency interference (RFI/EFI).
